Implementation and stewardship are different disciplines. Most firms focus on the first because that is where implementation revenue is generated. The result is that the team who understands your environment at go-live is rarely the team responsible for supporting your financial operations a few years later. Your ERP should not become a liability every time consultants change.
We led the migration of multiple acquired companies into Lyft's NetSuite instance, operating as their outsourced administrators, developers, and integration specialists.
We delivered the controls and change management that kept Lyft compliant across multiple audit cycles.
Multiple performance obligations, SSP allocations, variable consideration, all of it audit-exposed. We make revenue recognition defensible to your auditors and your board, and we show our work.
Supported through more than 25 NetSuite releases, with clients across a decade of continuous stewardship.
Every engagement is led by practitioners who have spent years inside complex NetSuite environments. No one is learning on your system.
We measure before we change anything, and we build documentation and controls into the work so audit readiness is the normal state of your system rather than an annual scramble.
Institutional knowledge compounds. The longer the same team supports your environment, the faster they solve problems, the better they understand your business, and the more value they create for your finance organization.
We engage three ways: SuiteCare for ongoing stewardship, FlexSciens for continuous operational capacity, and SciensProjects for a defined outcome on fixed scope. Many clients run more than one.
SuiteSciens was founded in 2017 by Shalakay Gibbs, who developed the Net Positive ERP framework and chairs the Southeast NetSuite User Group. Her first NetSuite client relationship began in 2013 and remains active today, more than a decade later.
Shalakay started working in NetSuite in 2005, when it was still a much smaller player in the ERP market. She founded SuiteSciens in 2017 to build the kind of practice she had not seen in the implementation world: one that stays after go-live, when the environment gets complicated and the stakes get higher. Her first NetSuite client relationship began in 2013 and remains active today, more than a decade later.
That long-term relationship shaped the way SuiteSciens serves every client. She leads engagements involving multi-entity structures, revenue recognition under audit scrutiny, and integrations that carry significant financial and operational impact. Earlier in her career, she led the NetSuite environment through EndoChoice’s 2015 IPO. She developed the Net Positive ERP framework, a model for governing and strengthening complex NetSuite environments after implementation. She chairs the Southeast NetSuite User Group.

Thomas leads operations at SuiteSciens. Consistency is an operational achievement, not a promise, and he owns the systems that produce it: how work gets scheduled, how capacity is tracked, and how commitments to clients are kept.
He spent fifteen years at Carter’s, most recently leading enterprise service operations supporting more than 2,000 employees. He managed a support team through fluctuating demand, built reporting that revealed where work was actually going, and redesigned intake and prioritization processes to reduce unplanned work. Before that, he redesigned product development and operational workflows across five business divisions.
At SuiteSciens, Thomas applies those same operational disciplines to ensure consultants spend their time solving client problems instead of navigating internal complexity. He builds the systems that align demand with capacity, improve operational visibility, protect delivery quality, and give clients confidence that commitments will be met consistently.
If your NetSuite environment is more complicated than the people supporting it, that is worth a conversation. Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. Just an honest conversation about where your NetSuite environment stands today and where it is most exposed.
